MENTORS OF FOCUS OFFICER’S MEETING

ATTENDEES: Alexis Halmy, Scott Stevenson, Herb Yamamoto, Roxanne Christenson, Jill Tetsuka, Darlene Stephens

 

Highlights & Action Items

 

  1. Treasury Report : we have $342.75 in the bank.
  2. We have (2) more member dues that should show up within the next month
  3. Alexis will by some badge materials to make new member badges
  4. We have already achieved DCP status for the club for this year (satisfied 5/10 goals). Objective is 10/10 goals and another lunch from Bernie Lunsford (Lt. Governor of Education and Training).
  5. TLI will be held at Marylhurst on January 24th.   Scott to send out more information as it becomes available.
  6. Jill is moving to Las Vegas, so we will need to get a replacement Club Secretary
  7. Both Co-Sergeant At Arms are currently unable to attend meetings due to workload. We need a volunteer to help set up the room and to ensure basic meeting supplies, such as “Most” ballots and Basic C&L manuals, don’t run out.
  8. Diana Knoles has volunteered to work with Herb as co-VP Education. Initially, Diana will take on responsibility for helping members track and achieve their goals.
  9. We will have a Holiday Lunch Meeting in December – food will be provided. Everyone should bring a friend!

  1. Announce that we need someone to fill the Club Secretary office (Alexis)
  2. Announce that we need someone to help set up the room before & after meetings (Alexis)
