D.    Ways to get new members

1.      Set up “tents” at the commons area in Mentor Graphics/In-Focus; also can take to other companies

2.      Try to make up and get flyers into new employee packets at Mentor Graphics and In-Focus

3.      Open House-The official open house month in February.

4.      Free web listings on mywilsonville.com and mytualatin.com, also the chambers of commerce

E.     Memberships dues

1.      Due April 1st. Start asking for membership fees now.

III. End of the year party

A.     We hope to have the end of the year party again this year because we will have made 10 of 10 DCP objectives.

1)      Roxanne, Alexis, Herb, Scott and Darlene to follow up with at-risk members

2)      Alexis/Scott work on getting “tents” made up
