November 10^th, 2004 Officers’ Meeting:

 

 

Officers Present: President, Secretary, VP Membership, Sergeant at Arms, Co-Sergeant at Arms, Treasurer

 

• New Member Recruiting was discussed and how to achieve membership goals in the DCP objectives.  We need to have 20 members as of June 30, 2005. We reviewed the bet we have with the Lake Oswego club on who achieves their DCP objectives first. The winner gets dessert from the other club.
  • Each officer needs to come up with one new idea by the next meeting on how to recruit new members.
  • An email invite will go out to the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce. Cathey A. will prepare.
  • An Open house will be held Jan. 19^th. Pizza and drinks will be served. Budget $100.  Ad tents will be put up to invite people.
  • Scott S. suggested looking at sites for membership building tips from other clubs, etc…

 

• Club Treasury: We have approximately $350 in our bank account available for our use.

 

• Our holiday party was discussed and will be held Dec. 15^th. Budget $150. Christine has offered to cater the party and cook all the food.

 

• Our President, Alexis, will be doing the high performance leadership program.

 

• DCP Objectives will be her project
• Officers were asked to be her “Action” team.

 

• Next officers meeting will be December 29^th, 2004.
