Proposed Agenda:

Action: President Armillas asked if all new officers understood their

            new roles and had been trained.  New VP of membership most

            likely needed, Kondi probably will not return.  Need to find a

            replacement. (Mike Long?)

Action: Subject of  new membership and retention of current

            members. 

                  1) Drop off brochures at companies in Wilsonville. (Cathey

                      will be putting up fliers.)

                  2) Find more ways to promote benefits of Toastmasters to

                      community. (Cathey will contact Toastmasters

                      International)

                  3) Jai wants to investigate education credits for learning

                      programs.

                  4) Worry of member burnout.

                  5) Club needs a healthy balance of new and seasoned

                      membership.

                  6) Try to meet with heads of HR in local companies.
