Why I joined   
Toastmasters:   
   To remove fear and gain confidence in delivering what I want to convey. Use toastmaster as a place to practice and grow interpersonal skills.

has done for me:   
   I can prepare and deliver a speech in few hours and I have learnt many skills from others - especially, the methods and ways to evaluate speakers and deliver constructive feedback.
